We accept refunds within 28 days starting from when order has been placed if you`ve changed your mind. Refunds will only be made if:

The full amount you paid for the item/s will be refunded back into the bank account you used when making the order which can take up to 14 days. You`re welcome to send us an email if you have any questions or if payments are not in your bank account after the 14-day mark. Email us at info@modestwear.com.au
We will send you an email once item/s has been received and refund will be processed immediately if items are in original condition. Refunds can take up to 2-4 business days to be processed after we have received item/s back at our warehouse.
REFUNDS POSTAGEIf you`ve spent a big amount of money on your order, we urge you to use a postage service where you can track your items once you`ve posted them as we are not responsible for any lost posts whilst in transit.

We don`t make exchanges if you have a change of mind, simply if items are in original condition, you will receive a refund and you may make a new order if you wish.
Exchanges will ONLY be made if we`ve accidentally sent you the incorrect colour or size item or if the items are damaged on our end.
Returns of the items if incorrect on our end postage fees will be covered by us for the return of the item/s. We will also cover the cost of postage for the new items once we have viewed the incorrect items.
